shower curtain rod was falling off the wall and hotel staff promised to fix it, but they did not.

Shares parking lot with grocery store.
Infested with bugs, sink drain logged, poor lighting.
Don't bother with this tired, dirty and poorly lit hotel. When I awoke and turned on the lights, dozens of flying insects swarmed. Hotel staff indifferent to complaints and you sure doesn't want to try the continental breakfast. ...read more

My stay was great as was the service.
The refrigerator in the room did not work.
The location of the hotel was in relations to the conference I was attending and to local eating places was great.

It is right on the freeway to Wilcox.
The construction around at this time.
The receptionist that checked us in was great. the one that checked us out was on a personal call and just took our keys and said nothing. the customer needs the attention not her personal call.
